Helping with the opening of customer accounts, changing existing accounts, Feedback e-mails, maintaining customer records and communicating with relevant departments.
Providing a live support to our customers worldwide
Providing customer support with technical and troubleshooting problems
Communicating with all departments to resolve problems
Contacting with the compliance representativein accordance for approval of accounts and complaints
Precise telephone etiquette and management
Providing customer support and troubleshooting on Meta Trader platforms
Dealing quickly and effectively with complaints of a different nature
Providing all relevant information to customers regarding documents and materials for becoming a customer.
Having Excellent computer expertise (Microsoft Excel and Word)
Excellent written and communication skills required
Expertisein English and Arabic (oral and written)
Know-how of Meta Trader platforms will be considered an advantage
Ability to performeffectively under burden
alternative work as and when required
Previous experience in related position will be considered an advantage
