Warranty Conditions:
Dear customer of an Authorized Zhiyun Product!!
You have purchased a product for which Zhiyun Pakistan offers a limited manufacturer's warranty mentioned on the warranty card from the date of purchase at an authorized Zhiyun dealership in the original packaging (the "trademarked product"). The authorized warranty coveragewill only provide to the products with an authorized dealer “Hope Enterprises” Label sticker.
The product warranty is subject to the following warranty conditions.

ZHIYUN agrees that subject to the following conditions, replacement can be requested within 15 calendar days of receipt of purchase. Please contact the authorized dealer of ZHIYUN from whom you purchased your product for more details.

*It will take 7-10 days atleast to process the replacements*.

1 Within 15 calendar days of receipt if the product has sustained substantial damage in transit.
2 Within 15 calendar days of receipt if the product purchased does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.
3 Within 15 calendar days of receipt if the product has a manufacturing defect(s).

1 The replacement was requested beyond 15 calendars days of receipt.
2 Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
3 Product sent in for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or contains items damaged by user error.
4 Product is found to have no manufacturing defects after appropriate tests are conducted by Zhiyun Pakistan Technical Support.
5 Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
6 Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, fake proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
7 Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of our control, including fire, flood, high winds and lightning strike.
8 Product has not been sent by consumer to Zhiyunservice station within 15 calendar days after the fault has been communicated.

Warranty Repair Services
ZHIYUN guarantees that subject to the following conditions, you can enjoy free Warranty Repair Service during effective product warranty period stated on the warranty card attached with the products. Customers do not need to pay inspection, labor, materials, tax, repair and delivery fee of ZHIYUN when receiving the product. (Customer should bear one-way freight cost).

1. You can request Warranty Repair Service where:
1 The product must not have been subjected to abnormal or unauthorized used, as intended by the manufacturer during the warranty period.
2 No unauthorized disassembling, modification or installation has been performed on the product or a component.
3 You provide a valid proof-of-purchase, receipt or order number (for ZHIYUN Direct Sales).

2. Warranty Repair Service will not be provided where:
1 Crash, drop or fire damage caused by non-manufacturing factors.
2 Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or shell opening not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
3 Damage caused by improper installation and incorrect use or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
4 Damage caused by unauthorized circuit modification and mismatch or misuse of the battery or charger.
5 Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider.
6 Tampering or unauthorized alteration to product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc.

3. Warranty Instruction
1 Customer need to send back the product with quality problems, and ZHIYUN Warranty Repair Center will test it to figure out who should bear the responsibility for the problems. If the product has inherent quality defect, ZHIYUN will bear inspection, labor, materials, tax, repair and delivery fees.
2 If the product mismatches Warranty Service conditions, customer can choose Paid Repair Service or getting back the product.
3 If the product comes with problems that are out of warranty scope(eg. artificial damage), ZHIYUN will charge fees caused by inspection, labor, materials, tax, repair and delivery.
4 Due to non-uniform product version, International Warranty Service is not provided, but you can choose Warranty Service in designated regional service center.

Paid Repair Service
1 ZHIYUN provides our customers with an optional Paid Repair Service:
2 For products that do not meet the conditions of our Warranty Service or which are not covered by the Consumer Guarantees.
3 For the paid repair services we offer, you will be charged for inspection, labor, materials, tax, repair and delivery.
4 For cases more than 15 days since the customer sends back the product (during this period neither the maintenance plan is confirmed, nor the customer waives the paid service), ZHIYUN will contact the customer and return the product, and the customer has to bear the shipping costs.
5 If the customer is out of reach, ZHIYUN will return the product to the mailing address, and the customer has to bear the shipping cost.

1 Sender must pay the costs of return delivery and the costs associated with product testing if the product does not meet the conditions for a replacement set out above or in case of paid repair.
2 We may amend Replacement Policy terms from time to time, including where there is a change of law.
3 The Product replacements will be done after the proper investigations. If the respective inventory will be in hand, replacements will be done on the go otherwise customer has to wait for the same product inventory reaches us.
4 For repair, if the official spare parts are available, then repair will be served in the same time frame otherwise customer has to wait at least 90 days for the spare parts to reach us.
5 Customers from whole Pakistan will send their products for the warranty/repair/replacement
services at our Lahore service station address:
