Bowens Mount & V-Mount Battery Support
The standard Bowens mount makes the VL-200Bi compatible with a wide variety of lighting modifiers, including compatible softboxes, reflectors and diffusers. This makes it easier to turn the powerful COB source into softer portrait or interview lighting.
For portable shoots, a compatible V-Mount battery can power the light without requiring a wall outlet. For longer studio sessions, the VL-200Bi can instead operate from its DC power adapter. Ulanzi notes that V-Mount batteries are separate from the light itself.
