As the official authorized distributor, all our stock is maintained locally in our warehouses in Pakistan, ensuring you receive your gear without the long wait of international shipping or the hassle of customs duties.
1. Order Confirmation & Verification

Verification Call/WhatsApp: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify your address and commitment before dispatching the order. Please ensure your contact number is active.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation via email or SMS containing:

The name of the courier service.

Your unique Tracking Number.
You can track your package directly on the courier’s official website. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.
5. Delivery Conditions

Safe Packaging: We take extreme care in packing Ulanzi products (especially lights and tripods) using high-quality bubble wrap and sturdy boxes.

Damaged during Transit: If the external packaging appears heavily damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and inform us immediately.

Inspection: If you find the product damaged after opening the box, you must email us at [INSERT EMAIL] or WhatsApp us photos/videos within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Change of Delivery Address
We can only change your delivery address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the parcel is with the courier, we cannot redirect it. Please ensure the address provided at checkout is accurate.
7. Undelivered Packages
If the courier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable:

The package will be returned to our warehouse.

For Prepaid orders, a reshipping fee will apply to send it back to you.

For COD orders, failure to receive the parcel may result in your account being restricted for future Cash on Delivery purchases.
8. Important Notes

Force Majeure: Deliveries may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions, road blocks, or political strikes. We appreciate your patience during such unforeseen events.

No International Shipping: Currently, Hope Enterprises only ships within the borders of Pakistan.
