ITCN Ulanzi Spin Discount — Terms & Conditions

1) Campaign & Eligibility

• These offers are part of the “Ulanzi @ ITCN Booth – Spin Discount Campaign” (the “Campaign”) operated by Hope (hope.com.pk).
• The Campaign is available only to visitors who submit the official ITCN booth lead form and complete the verification steps at the booth.
• Participation is free; however, verification and eligibility requirements apply.

2) How to Claim the Coupon

To receive a discount code, participants must:

1. Submit the lead form at the ITCN booth (QR scan), and
2. Verify required engagement at the booth (e.g., following Hope/Ulanzi official social media and using #HopeUlanzi as instructed by booth staff), and
3. Complete the digital spin on the promoter’s tablet (or through the staff-controlled mechanism).

Discount codes are issued only after verification by booth staff.

3) Discount Levels & Nature of Offer

• The digital spin may generate one of the following discount tiers: 10% / 15% / 20% (the “Spin Discount”).
• The discount tier is determined by the spin result and/or qualification criteria applied by staff (e.g., reseller/corporate verification).

4) Validity Period

• All Spin Discount codes are valid until 31 March 2026 (inclusive), unless exhausted earlier or discontinued as per Clause 12.
• Expired codes will not be reactivated or extended.

5) Where the Coupon Can Be Used

• Discount codes are redeemable only on hope.com.pk.
• Discount codes are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value.

6) Minimum Order Value

• A minimum cart subtotal of PKR 5,000 is required to use the discount code (unless stated otherwise for a specific code).

7) Usage Limits & Anti-Abuse Rules

• One coupon per WhatsApp number (and/or per person) during the Campaign.
• Coupon codes are intended for single-use unless otherwise stated.
• Hope reserves the right to cancel any code or reject any order where misuse, duplication, reselling of codes, automated usage, fraud, or suspicious activity is detected.
• If a participant attempts to claim multiple codes using different names but the same WhatsApp number (or vice versa), Hope may void additional codes.

8) Non-Stacking & Other Promotions

• Discount codes cannot be combined with other coupon codes, vouchers, bundle offers, cart-level promotions, free-gift promotions, or already-discounted sale pricing, unless explicitly stated at checkout.
• One or more discount codes may be used per order.

9) Product/Category Exclusions

• Certain products/brands/categories may be excluded from discounts based on supplier terms, limited offers, or pricing policies.
• Exclusions (if any) will be indicated on product pages or at checkout, and Hope may update exclusions without prior notice.

10) Stock Availability & Order Acceptance

• All redemptions are subject to stock availability and order confirmation.
• Submitting an order does not guarantee fulfillment. Hope may cancel orders due to stock issues, verification issues, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

11) UGC Bonus (Extra Discount for Booth Video)

• • Participants who create and post a short video at the Ulanzi booth on Instagram or Facebook using #HopeUlanzi (and tagging the official page if instructed) may become eligible for a
    UGC Bonus.
  • Because coupon stacking is not enabled, the UGC Bonus is applied via an upgrade code (e.g., a higher-tier coupon) issued by staff after verification.

• UGC eligibility requires:

• • Video must be original and clearly show the booth/activation,
  • Post must be publicly viewable at the time of verification (or shown to staff clearly),
  • Hashtag #HopeUlanzi must be used as instructed.
• Hope reserves the right to refuse the UGC Bonus for low-quality proof, incomplete criteria, deleted posts, private posts not verifiable, or suspected manipulation.
• UGC Bonus codes may be limited in quantity.

12) Right to Modify / Withdraw

• Hope reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Campaign (including discount tiers, rules, and availability) at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of misuse, technical issues, or inventory constraints.
• Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website or being communicated by staff.

13) Data & Privacy

 

• By participating, you agree that the information you submit (e.g., name, WhatsApp, email, interests) may be used by Hope for:
  • sending product catalogs, bundles, price updates, and event follow-ups,
  • customer support and lead management.
• Hope will handle personal data according to its website privacy practices.

• The coupon code (if issued).
